I’m Leo Sevigny, founder of Evergreen3 Consulting. My work centers on helping people use AI well while protecting the human judgment, creativity, empathy, and relationship skills that matter most. I help businesses, educational institutions, and individuals build practical AI fluency through plain-language training, hands-on workshops, and thoughtful change support. Together, we make AI easier to understand, safer to use, and more useful in real work.

I have built a career in higher education, corporate HR, and consulting. I strive to operate Evergreen3 with a simple belief: the best work is creative, practical, and honest.  

 

That way of working matters more than ever.

 

AI is moving fast, and a lot of people are being asked to use it before they feel ready. I have seen the hesitation, the curiosity, the quiet fear, and the pressure to keep up.

 

I started Evergreen3 to help people make sense of AI and other learning without losing the human skills that matter most: judgment, creativity, empathy, ethics, relationships, and common sense.

 

My work is not about chasing technology for its own sake. It is about helping businesses, schools, and individuals use AI in ways that are clear, useful, responsible, and human.
