Staying Human in the Age of AI
Given that AI is becoming all encompassing, staying human requires more than good intentions; it requires practical habits that protect attention, wisdom, creativity, resilience, and real connection. This workshop helps participants notice where technology may be pulling them out of balance and gives them clear practices to use AI well without weakening the human capacities that matter most.
Work Smarter. Stay Human.
AI is changing how people think, work, communicate, create, and make decisions. Used well, it can expand capability. Used passively, it can weaken the human strengths that make work meaningful: attention, judgment, creativity, resilience, presence, and connection.
This workshop helps leaders and teams use AI with more intention. Participants explore the quiet tradeoffs of modern technology, reflect on how speed and convenience are shaping their habits, and identify practical ways to stay focused, thoughtful, creative, and connected while using powerful tools. The session is practical, reflective, and highly engaging.
This experience not anti-technology, and it is not another generic AI presentation. It helps people ask better questions about how they work, what they practice, what they may be outsourcing too often, and what human capabilities they want to protect.
Format Options
This offering can be delivered as a 90-minute session, a half-day workshop, a full-day experience or can be expanded to meet your organizational needs. Each format is customized to the audience, goals, industry, and current level of AI adoption. It can also be bundled with AI use case creation and other Evergreen3 services if you wish to move from this work into practical application, team alignment, or broader capability building.
Outcomes
Participants leave with clearer thinking, useful language, and practical habits for using AI in ways that support capability, connection, and meaningful work.
Why This Workshop Matters Now
Organizations need people who can use AI to save time, improve work, and make better decisions without weakening judgment, creativity, focus, trust, or accountability. This workshop helps teams build that balance.
People are using AI, but not always intentionally.
Teams need shared language for when AI helps, when it creates risk, and when human judgment still needs to lead.
Speed is increasing, but clarity may not be.
AI can help people move faster, but faster work is not always better work. This session helps teams slow down where it matters and speed up where it helps.
Leaders need healthier norms around AI use.
The workshop creates space to discuss expectations, boundaries, quality standards, and responsible use.
Culture can weaken when work becomes too automated.
Teams still need trust, listening, creativity, collaboration, and ownership. This session helps protect those habits while adopting new tools.
Governance needs to become practical.
Policies matter, but people also need real-world judgment. This workshop helps translate AI governance into everyday behaviors, decisions, and team practices.
